Sweet And Savory Thanksgiving Charcuterie Skewers Recipe

Charcuterie skewers elevate your cheese-and-cracker game. Every cheese has the right cracker and every apple sliver has the right dipping sauce because the host pairs them.

– ¼ cup olive oil – 12 (¼-inch) slices French baguette – 12 (½-inch) cubes sourdough bread – 12 (½-inch) cubes Manchego cheese – 12 slices cured chorizo – 2 teaspoons fig glaze – 12 (½-inch) cubes Gruyère cheese – 12 (2-inch) pieces prosciutto – ½ apple, very thinly sliced – 2 teaspoons honey



In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Place the rounds of baguette in the pan.

Toast until golden brown on both sides, but the center should remain soft. Take out of the skillet.

Place the cubes of sourdough into the pan. Toast, flipping once, until lightly browned.
