Quinoa Pizza Bites Recipe


These fun and easy quinoa pizza bites are a great way to use up extra quinoa. They're good for kids and make a great snack or starter.


SERVINGS: 18 – 1 and 1/2 cups cooked quinoa – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup mini pepperoni – 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese – 1 large egg – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder



Warm the oven up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover a small muffin pan with cooking spray that won't stick, and set it aside.


Step 1

Put everything in a big bowl and mix it together until it's all well mixed.


Step 2

Spread the batter out evenly in the mini muffin tins (there should be 18 to 20 of them), and then gently press it down.


Step 3

Put it in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.


Step 4

Remove it from the oven and let it cool for five minutes in the pan. Remove it from the pan and place on a marinara-sauced plate.
