Pumpkin Banana Bread Recipe

INGREDIENT

-3 overripe bananas peeled and mashed (about 1 1/2 cups) -1 cup pure pumpkin puree -1 cup granulated sugar -½ cup vegetable oil -2 large eggs -2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract -2 ½ cups all-purpose flour -1 teaspoon baking powder -1 teaspoon baking soda -¾ teaspoon kosher salt -2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice -1 teaspoon ground cinnamon -Coarse sugar for topping optional

INSTRUCTION

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x5x2.5 loaf pan.Mix mashed bananas, pumpkin, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large basin with an electric mixer.
