Mongolian Crispy Tofu And Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe 

Monday meatless or a quick protein-packed vegetarian meal? Try Mongolian Crispy Tofu and Broccoli Stir Fry. Wok-charred broccoli and slightly fried firm tofu in a salty-sweet sticky sauce.

Ingredient

– Crispy Tofu – 1 Tablespoon Oil – 1 pound Firm Tofu (about 400 – 450 g) – Mongolian Sauce – 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce – 1/2 Cup Sugar – Cornstarch Slurry – 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch – 1/2 Cup Water – Other Ingredient – 1 Tablespoon Oil – 1 Tablespoon Ginger – 1 Tablespoon Garlic – 1 Head Broccoli – Optional Garnishe – 1 Tablesppon Chilli sauce – 1 teaspoon Sesame Seed – 1 Tablespoon Spring Onion – 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Crispy Tofu Prepare and oil a large flat pan.Fry sliced tofu in oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides.Air Fryer: Air fry tofu for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway. Crispy air-fry.

Mongolian Sauce, Cornstarch Slurry Stir soy sauce and sugar to dissolve. Slurry of cornstarch and water.

Combining it On high, fry ginger and garlic for 10–20 seconds in wok oil. Stir-fry broccoli until golden brown.

Simmer Mongolian sauce (soy sauce and sugar) for a minute. Stir the wok again with the cornstarch slurry.

Turn sauce brown by simmering it. Stir it up more. Put in the crispy tofu.
