Gluten-Free Garlic And Herb Crackers Recipe

Crackers can be a snack, appetizer, or meal addition. They're crunchy, salty, and ideal for dips, spreads, and cheeses. Hundreds of varieties provide plenty of choices.

– 3 peeled garlic clove – 1 teaspoon olive oil – 1 cup almond flour – 1 tablespoon ground flax seed – ½ teaspoon fine-grain salt – ½ teaspoon fresh minced rosemary – ¼ teaspoon fresh minced thyme



Start with a 400-F oven. Olive oil-brush garlic. Cover the garlic loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Mix almond flour, 3 tablespoons water, ground flaxseed, salt, rosemary, thyme, and minced garlic in a large bowl to make a dough ball.

After putting the dough on one sheet of parchment paper, cover it with another sheet.

Roll out the dough to a rectangle that is ⅛ inch thick. Take off the parchment paper that is on top.

Slice the dough into 1-inch squares with a pizza cutter. Aim for roughly 50–60 crackers.

Bake the dough and its bottom parchment paper on a baking sheet for 20 minutes until the crackers are golden brown.

Let cool on a rack for 10 minutes after removing from the baking sheet. Savour the crackers.
