– 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature– 1 ½ cups unsalted butter room temperature– zest of 4 lemon– 3 cups sugar– 6 large egg– 3 cups all-purpose flour– 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

INSTRUCTION
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt. Mix butter and cream cheese in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large bowl with a hand mixer until smooth.

Finger-mix sugar and lemon zest in a medium bowl until wet and fragrant. Beat the butter on medium speed for 3 minutes until light and creamy after carefully adding the sugar mixture.

Each time add two eggs, beat well. Mix all flour at once. Add vanilla and mix. Put in pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour 20 minutes. Assess doneness at 1 hour. A toothpick inserted into cake middle comes out clean.
