Velvet The Chicken Cut chicken into thin strips.
Massage in soy sauce and cornstarch. Keep aside.

Get the Ramen Ready: Follow the directions to boil the dumplings.

Make stir-fry Set the wok on high heat. Put in the oil and wait for it to smoke.

Once the chicken is done, stir-fry it for a while. Take it off and set it aside. Stir-fry the garlic, onions, and spring onions (stalks) with more oil.

Soy sauce, sugar, and chili oil (or chili flakes and Sichuan peppers) should be added. Let it cook for 10 seconds.
Throw in the stir-fried chicken and mix it in well.

Now add the spinach and mix it in well. Stir-fry the ramen in until it's well mixed in. Add green onions and sesame oil (if you want) and serve hot!
