SERVINGS: 10 SERVINGS – 16 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature – 1 cup (240 ml) buffalo sauce I use Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce – 1/2 cup (120 ml) ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing – 1 cup (120 grams) shredded mozzarella cheese or shredded cheddar or blue cheese – 3 cups (375 grams) shredded, cooked chicken


Warm the oven up to 177°F (350°C). Spray cooking spray that doesn't stick on an 8-inch square baking dish and set it aside.

Mix cream cheese in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large bowl with a handheld mixer until smooth. Scrape bowl sides as needed to mix buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.

Mix mozzarella and shredded chicken.  Evenly distribute the mixture in the baking dish. Bake the dip for 25 minutes to bubble.  Serve and enjoy after cooling.
