Avocado Dip For Nachos (Guacamole) Recipe

My favourite nacho dip for parties and weekly Mexican meals is guacamole. The easy recipe uses avocados. A creamy dip with fresh ingredients and ripe avocados is best. It goes with Mexican food like nachos.

Ingredient

– 4 Avocado – 2 Limes Juiced – 1 cup Tomatoes Diced – 1/2 cup Onions Diced – 4 tbsp Cilantro Fine Chopped – 1 tbsp Green Chilli Diced – 1 tsp Salt – 1/2 tsp Pepper

Cut avocados carefully across the stone and up and down. You'll get two halves. Gentle take out the stone with a knife or a fork.

Take out the flesh with a tablespoon and put it in a bowl or mortar. Mash the avocados with a pestle or a fork.

Mash the avocado to the consistency you like with a food processor or stick mix. Salt and pepper should be added along with the lime juice.
