Air Fryer Chicken and Potatoes Recipe

Classic low-fat Air Fryer Chicken and Potatoes with tender chicken and golden potatoes in one pot. Air-fried chicken and potatoes are crispy without oil. Fastest dinner ever!

Ingredient

– 1 pound boneless chicken thigh – 4 medium-sized potatoes  – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon paprika – 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme optional – 1 teaspoon Salt to taste – 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper – 2 Tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley

Start by heating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This crisps skin.

Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme (if using), salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Spice the chicken thighs on all sides.

Put potato chunks in a separate bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Coat potatoes.

Skin-side down, place chicken thighs in air fryer basket. Air fryers vary in size, so consider cooking in batches. Cook chicken thighs 10-12 minutes. Carefully flip chicken thighs with tongs.
